- Experience required - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures - Take and develop dental X-rays - Perform dental receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment - Assist with dental lab work, including pouring and trimming models Skills:
- Proficient in HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality - Knowledge of dental imaging techniques and equipment - Ability to take accurate vital signs and record patient information - Experience with dental software systems such as Dentrix - Strong dental assisting skills, including chairside assisting and instrument handling - Familiarity with dental receptionist duties, such as appointment scheduling - Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care - Knowledge of dental documentation practices and recordkeeping - Competency in taking dental X-rays and ensuring proper safety protocols are followed Job Type:
