The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
The Assisted Living Marketing is responsible for building and growing census by developing referral relationships with existing customers and developing new business through account management systems.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of acuity capabilities and physician relations.
Invests a minimum of 90% of work time on face-to face referral development completing sales calls to physicians, hospital and medical professionals, community, managed care and other health related contacts.
Meets weekly with Administrator or department heads to discuss marketing issues.
The Assisted Living Marketing Director works collaboratively with Corporate partners, the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, the Executive Director and other leaders within the community.
Essential Position Functions:
Must demonstrate abilities in sales and marketing, be able to follow through with attention to detail and be sensitive to the needs of elders, dementia and disabled individuals.
Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
Experience overseeing and using a lead management system.
Enjoys working with older adults.
Duties:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives - Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.

) - Plan and execute advertising campaigns Skills:
- Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar rol - Experience with performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.
g.
social media, email, search engines, etc.
) - Strong budgeting skills - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
