Schedule:
Full or Part time available (Choose how many days you'd like to work!) Second Shift:
2pm - 10pm Pay:
$14 - $16 hourly (Raise after 90 days!!) Would you like to learn how to pass meds? The Caregiver / Resident Aid can be trained (in-house) as a Med Passer ($1 pay increase).
$50 Bi-Weekly Attendance Bonus Get Every Other Saturday & Sunday off!! As a Caregiver you will provide direct resident care and assure our residents have a safe and comfortable place to call Home.
The Caregiver is responsible for all duties in relation to safely providing for the resident's care and well-being.
No Experience? We are willing to train anyone over 18 years old, as long as they are kind, caring, and companionate.

Responsibilities:
Maintains the community's philosophy.
Is knowledgeable of policies and procedures.
Has good communication skills Assist with all of the care needs of residents, including but not limited to, toileting, ambulation ,bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, escorting, and transferring from place to place.
Assist with activities when required, be responsible for getting the residents to scheduled activities.
Capable of washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry to the correct residents.
Capable of taking accurate vital signs and weight.
Answer call lights in a timely manner.
Maintain current CPR.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to easily lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop and/or bend for a period of up to eight hours with breaks as provided for in employee handbook.
Other Requirements:
Has familiarity and willingness to work with elderly population.
Previous Assisted Living, Long-term care, Nursing Home, or caregiver experience preferred, but not necessary.
